Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription through the Billing section of your account. Cancellation will either restore your previous package, where applicable, or terminate the service entirely. Please note that cancellation will result in the deletion of your application data.

Refunds are available only for cancellations requested within the first 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 working days after cancellation is completed.
